Taoist Tai Chi for beginners

Have you ever wanted to know more about Taoist Tai Chi? Then come out for a workshop March 2, 10 am–4 pm and March 3, 12:30–4 pm. Learn the set of Tai Chi moves in a comfortable, welcoming, and friendly environment. Bring a brown bag lunch on Saturday. Cooking to Quit

Canadian Cancer Society

A new program from the Canadian Cancer Society aims to help people replace their smoking habit with some healthy habits. The Cooking to Quit program, launching February 2019 in Stratford and Summerside, provides smokers with training in cooking and nutrition as a way to ease the discomfort of leaving nicotine behind.

Cupcake & Bake Day

PEI Cupcake & Bake day supports the PEI Humane Society. Proceeds stay on PEI, saving more Island animals.

On March 11 and through the week bring sweet treats to work or other gatherings and ask people to leave a donation for the PEI Humane Society.

Brain Injury Support Meetings

Auction 45 card parties

The Star of the Sea Seniors' Club hosts weekly Auction 45 card parties on Tuesdays at 7:30 pm. It includes 50-50 and a light lunch and takes place at Sunrise Court, North Rustico. 902-963-2083
