Every day one or more artisans will share their knowledge on creating unique, classic products using timeless skills and materials. The 3rd Annual PEI Summer Arts Auction takes place Sept 12 at 2 pm. Viewing begins at noon. “Painting with Nan” a workshop with Nan Ferrier will be held Sept 14 from 1–4 pm. Old School Gallery

Old School Gallery in Wood Islands will be open for Aug with paintings in oil, acrylic and watercolour, photography, jewelry and more. Pastimes Rughooking Studio Gallery

The Gallery specializes in creating one-of-a-kind hand-hooked mats and small hooked pieces to hang or display as fabric art. Choose from Island scenes, geometric designs from the past, animals, nature. All designs are created and hooked here on PEI with the Island landscape and vintage mats as inspiration by sisters, Shirlee Hogan, Heather Tweedy and Bette Young. To create your own piece, select from a variety of Pastimes PEI original patterns, kits, gift certificates and essentials for rughookers. St. Andrew’s Chapel
